American Movers

I have moved many times in my life. I started using movers in my late twenties. I found with other moving companies that they milk the clock and tack on a lot of extra charges. Then they send out disrespectful workers and it makes the moving process all the more stressful. So, when I called American...

My mom and I had such a great experience with American movers for our move to a new apartment! They were so friendly, kind, and hardworking!!

American Movers did a great job with our cross-country move. Everyone at American Movers was professional and friendly and seemed to genuinely care about providing a good moving experience. Moving is stressful enough - they took a lot of stress out of the process. Both Jon and Mary answered all my q...

I had an outstanding experience with American Movers! They were incredibly efficient, professional, and careful with all of my belongings. They packed up my entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a basement in just about 2.5 hours, and on moving day they loaded, transported, and unloaded everything in a...

From the initial phone call-the walk through and moving day it was easy, friendly and efficient! So glad I called American movers. The communication throughout the process was reassuring knowing what other companies do on moving day by not showing up. They not only showed up but showed up and did an...

This was a great company to work with. We used them twice in a three week period. We are down sizing. They moved us from one house to another, then they moved us from a storage unit to a house. The furniture that they had taken apart was put back very effectively. They were great with keeping in con...

Chris and Cameron were beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. Carefully moved each item, helped take apart a few things all with a great attitude. Highly recommend these folks.

The moving team showed up, assess the situation, went right to work. They're very personable and professional. That's all I needed to know to feel confident that this company will take good care of my belongings and they did just that.

Singer & Tremaine were beyond amazing - courteous, excellent communication, and fast. They cleared out my mother’s basement in two hours - a task that would’ve taken days otherwise. Thank you so much!

Top notch customer service! Mary is fabulous, definitely goes above and beyond. Gave me a ton of hot tips about other helpful information for things that I need to get done. I highly recommend this company!

American movers were able to be here much faster than I had expected. They were really nice and careful with my things. Plus, they were affordable. I'll definitely use them again.

I got to talk to a real person right away for scheduling. Communication was clear and complete. They came early and were polite, organized and efficient. Pricing was very fair.

They did really well! I had three guys help me and they were running from my apartment to their vehicles! It was even 90° and they were hauling butt! 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you Ethan and Devin! They are a great team. They arrived early and worked hard and efficiently. We needed help unloading many heavy items into a small home with many tight spaces, and they were superb! They had smiles and great attitudes the entire time. We are so thankful to have them help us...

Daniel and Cody arrived exactly at the scheduled time and did a great job! They were very careful with my parents antique furniture and wrapped everything very well. There were no scratches or damage to any of the furniture on the cross country move. They were very accommodating when we decided to a...

We hired them to help unload a Penske truck into a storage unit. The 2 gentlemen that arrived were on time, professional, and helpful. We had to sort through to hold somethings out to go in the unit last and the obliged, helping us unload as quickly as possible. I called around and this was the...

These guys were amazing - I called Jon and got super lucky with a next day appointment. Mike and Jason were great - punctual, careful, showed a great work ethic and so helpful! They picked up furniture from 2 different locations and got everything up to the 3rd floor. The price was fair and they wer...

I am very happy with this company. John was always very professional and dropped-by personally to add another worker and check on the job. I was moving from virtually twice the size, to my new place and everything was moved as carefully and efficiently as possible. I couldn't have asked for more res...

The closing of our home took three months past our original scheduled closing. I called American Movers around our first closing date and they were able to work with us. It turned out the sellers were also using them to relocate to KC. Small world. Anyway, John with American Movers followed up with...

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon American Movers when it became necessary to move items from my Mom's home in Kansas to my home in Virginia. I have done several state to state and cross country moves, so I know first hand how frustrating and complicated they can be. My experience with American...

I saw the 2 good reviews of this company on Yelp and called them at 10:30am on a Monday. They were available by noon to come out to move my 3 bedroom, 1500 sq foot home. Ben and Kyle were fast and efficient. They communicated well to each other as to not ding up any of the walls, furniture, etc. The...
